Refund Policy

All service agreements with Fyoutures require a signed contract and deposit prior to project commencement.

 

1. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. They secure project time, planning, and resource allocation.

2. Project Payments

If a client terminates a project after work has begun:

  • Payment is required for all completed phases

  • Any unused portion of prepaid funds may be refunded at Fyoutures’ discretion

3. Strategy Sessions

Strategy Intensives and consultation sessions are non-refundable once completed.

Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.

4. Digital Products (Future)

Refund policies for digital products or apps will be specified separately upon launch.
